Don Anderson: Instructor

Don Anderson is an internationally recognized advocate of classical music. He has more than 35 years’ experience at celebrating it in print, radio and teaching. He has written more than 170 seasons’ worth of program notes, feature articles and season brochures for 25 major musical groups throughout North America. He served the CBC for 30 years as writer, producer, music programmer, librarian and archivist. He is the author of the best-selling book Tuning the Forks: A Celebration of the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, and has taught 40 courses in music appreciation and film history at a variety of Winnipeg institutions.
