JOYCE is President of Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc., and founder of Canada’s Premiere Wellness Improvement Coach Training Institute, offering an International Coach Federation (ICF) Approved Certification. The now internationally recognized program, trains students around the globe; with a curriculum that focuses on Leadership, Workplace Wellness, Diversity, and Interpersonal skills improvement. Joyce is a passionate proponent of working and living well, as is evident in her Wellness Improvement System model (WIS®) programs, aimed at helping professionals to build skills and competencies to work, live, and play well. Joyce has been featured in Winnipeg Free Press, the Coaches Exchange, Fast Company,, and The Coaches Initiative. Joyce is a Conflict Analyst with more than 20 years experience in the field, who has the unique ability to diagnose conflicts, and help build dialogue and formulate resolutions with groups, teams and organizations. Joyce has experienced supporting organizations to transform difficult workplace dynamics, develop leadership coaching programs, and create respectful, wellness focused workplaces. She also provides interpersonal skills improvement coaching for professionals who want to excel, or business partners, who need help to facilitate a process for working well together. Education and Coaching Credentials: Joyce is author of 5 books and has a Master’s Degree in Conflict Analysis and Management, is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with the International Coaching Federation.
