Lisa Elliot: Instructor

Lisa Elliot, CMC, PMP, CHRP, CCP, is a consultant, writer, facilitator and coach based in Winnipeg. Lisa loves school and learning. She has benefitted from a range of interesting work experiences including: Ten years with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), including leadership roles in retail banking, quality, training and human resources; ten years with PSG Canada, providing specialized consulting and training services to automotive clients in North America (including Ford, Volkswagen, Audi, Hyundai, KIA and BMW). Lisa's specialties are focused on the following: Creating high performance workplaces; Developing leaders; Establishing work processes and routines; Instructional design to create high impact learning solutions; Facilitation, consulting, coaching and writing.

Lisa teaches part-time at the University of Winnipeg and has served as a volunteer board member on many professional associations including WBO, CAPS, and CAMC, among others. Her education and accreditation includes: Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) from the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba; Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the Institute of Certified Management Consultants Canada; Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute; as well as Certified Coach Practitioner (CCP) from the Certified Coaches Federation. Lisa's academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), with a major in Oganizational Behaviour from the University of Manitoba, as well as a Masters of Science specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University. Further to her designations, Lisa holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education, both from the University of Manitoba.
