The course focuses on adapting the risk management process to the unique needs of the organization.

How to initiate the process of identifying the organization’s risk:

  1. Implementing a process for measuring the organization’s risk
  2. Implementing a process for controlling the organization’s risk
  3. Implementing a process for monitoring the organization’s risk

The courses focuses on practical methods the risk manager can use to implement a risk management program that meets the individual needs of the organization.


On completion of this course, students will:

  • Adapt the risk management techniques of identifying, measuring , controlling and monitoring risk to the unique needs of the organization;
  • Write a business plan that outlines how the risk management program will be implemented and the benefits of the risk management plan to the organization.
