The Celts were the dominant culture across Europe from what is now Turkey to the Atlantic prior to the expansion of the Roman Empire. The last traces of their language and culture remain in the present day on the edge of Europe in areas of Northern France (Bretagne) and Spain (Galicia), and in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, and Cornwall. Cape Breton also has a strong contingent of Celts of this origin.
Celtic Journeys looks at the history of this culture and how its legends and stories carry the traces of the ancient peoples known collectively as The Celts.
