This course is designed for students who are planning to take post-secondary courses and do not have previous university education. Participants will learn various aspects of academic writing, including the rhetorical situation, the writing process, effective research techniques, and proper documentation.
On completion of this course, participants will:

This is a required seminar for all certificate and diploma students who do not hold an undergraduate degree, or those who may need to further develop their academic writing skills.
