Advanced Certificate in People Management

This certificate program is specifically designed to advance the human resource skills of established leaders. Not only is it offered in a unique small cohort format that provides participants the opportunity to apply key learning back in their work environments, it has the distinction of being the only program of its kind in Manitoba.

This program is offered in virtual online format with live sessions led by industry experts over 8 half days (3 hour live sessions)

Course Days: Jan 28, Feb 4, Feb 11, Feb 18, Feb 25, Mar 4, Mar 11, and Mar 18
Course Time: 9:00am-12:00pm CST

Tuition & Fees

$2500 Includes all materials PLUS an individual psychometric profile assessment (pre-work) and a capstone project with personal feedback

Admission Requirements

Admission Criteria

  • Minimum 3-years experience in managing people

OR

  • Minimum 5-years of relevant HR work experience

OR

  • CPHR Designation in good standing

Accreditation

CPHR Manitoba has accredited the Advanced Certificate in People Management to support the Continued Professional Development (CPD) needs for Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHRs).

This program has been approved for 24 CPHR Continuing Professional Development hours by CPHR Manitoba.

PACE will issue a notice of confirmation upon completion.

  9. Capstone Project - Each participant will be required to complete and submit a Capstone project within four weeks of completion of the program. The project, which participants will be able to apply back in their current work environments, will be will be based on the learnings of the program and provided to participants in the first class.
