Leanne holds an Master of Arts degree from Concordia University specialized in organizational development and change management.   Leanne is one of less than 100 people worldwide who holds the Certified Change Management Professional designation and is certified in the PROSCI change management methodology.   Leanne is actively involved in the global Association of Change Management Professionals and works with change practitioners worldwide in the formation of local networks of change management professionals.  Leanne believes passionately in the importance of paying attention to an organization’s health and fostering strong and agile workforces, and is dedicated to the change management profession, which has a unique role in supporting the growth of organizations while giving staff and leaders a voice in times of change.
