Managing projects is not an easy task and there are a lot of tools out there capable of making your project management life easier and more effective. This seminar will help you understand and practice on one of the most applied project management tools – Microsoft® Project. This seminar will also demonstrate how and when Microsoft® Project can be leveraged while navigating through the five project management process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.
Learn the Microsoft project online interface and how it can be used for agile and traditional (waterfall) project management, create and structure project tasks, manage project resources and collaborate with team members, and analyze and report on projects.
