Formerly DPS 16484 Project Management V: Planning, Estimating & Scheduling
This course will focus on the tools and techniques applied in planning, estimating and scheduling projects. The course will balance theoretical and practical concepts practices through lectures, demonstrations, class discussions, exercises and assignments.
The course builds on the Project Management Fundamentals course.
