Performance management begins with understanding the organization’s goals and objectives, and then designing and communicating them in quantifiable standards for the organization’s human resources. A well-designed performance management system allows for diagnosing performance based on ability and motivation, and then applying the best strategy to address or enhance individual results.
On completion of this seminar, participants will:
