This is a practical, hands-on project where students create a complete online database solution to a practical problem. The objective is to develop an awareness of the issues involved in creating an online database and the forms required to administer it. The project provides a challenging finale to the development courses, requiring students to use the full spectrum of their knowledge and skills acquired during the database and development courses.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Create a logical database design
- Create a physical database design in MySQLManage and maintain data using the MySQL database
- Create a web application that integrates code with MySQL to manage the database
- Analyze challenges and devise practical solutions to common programming problems
