We are immensely proud to share the results of the recent survey conducted by Prairie Research Associates (PRA) Inc., highlighting the outstanding achievements of our graduates from PACE. This survey, covering graduates from 2018 to 2022, highlights the remarkable impact of our alumni on the local economy and their significant contributions to our institution’s reputation.

A Diverse and Dynamic Student Body

PACE prides itself on fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment. With 80% of our students hailing from 59 different countries, our classrooms are a melting pot of cultures, perspectives, and ideas. This diversity enriches the learning experience for all students and prepares them to thrive in a globalized world.

Pathway to Permanent Residency

One of the standout findings from the survey is the strong pathway to permanent residency for our international graduates. When enrolling, only 14% of students were permanent residents of Canada. This number rises to 51% post-graduation. This increase emphasizes the success of our graduates in establishing themselves within the Canadian community, contributing to the cultural and economic fabric of Manitoba.

Impressive Employment Outcomes

Our graduates continue to excel in the job market, with 92% of them securing employment post-graduation. These impressive employment rates reflect the high quality of education and practical training provided by the PACE program, equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.

Alumni Contributions to Manitoba

An overwhelming 82.5% of our alumni have chosen to stay in Manitoba, demonstrating their commitment to giving back to the community that supported their educational journey. This not only highlights the program’s impact on retaining talent within the province but also emphasizes the role of our graduates in strengthening the local workforce and economy.

High Satisfaction and Competitive Salaries

We are delighted to report that 94% of our graduates have expressed satisfaction with their experience at PACE, with many rating it as highly satisfactory. This positive feedback is a testament to the dedicated efforts of our faculty and staff in delivering an exceptional educational experience. Furthermore, our graduates have reported an average salary of $66,677 over the past five years, indicating the economic value and competitive edge that a PACE education provides.

Looking Forward

As we celebrate these accomplishments, we remain committed to continuously improving our programs to best serve our students and community. The insights gained from this survey will guide our efforts in enhancing the PACE experience and ensuring that our graduates continue to achieve remarkable success.

In conclusion, we are immensely proud of our PACE graduates. Their achievements are a reflection of their hard work, determination, and the quality education they received. We look forward to seeing the continued impact of our alumni on the local and global stage. Thank you for being part of the PACE community and for contributing to our shared success.
