Become a PACE Instructor

Teaching the next generation of professionals is a rewarding opportunity for you to share your knowledge and past experiences that help others to learn and grow in your field.

If you are interested in teaching at PACE, please refer to our program sites (full-time programs and part-time programs) and click on the “Courses and Descriptions” in each program site to find the full list of courses in each program. When emailing your resume to instructorsupport@uwinnipeg.ca please include the list of courses that you are most interested in and qualified to teach. 

Minimum Requirements

  • University degree (Master’s degree an asset)
  • Engaging and dynamic presenter
  • Senior level managerial or supervisory experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in your field
  • Industry designation(s) desired (eg: CPHR, PMP, CIM, C.Mgr etc.)

  • Clearly indicate in your subject line that you are expressing an interest in teaching at PACE

Details & Fine Print

  • We offer teaching opportunities for individual courses, each requiring 36 contact hours, on a contractual basis.
  • Some courses come with pre-developed content, while others require the instructor to develop the content independently, with consultation and support from PACE. Instructors retain the intellectual property rights of any content they develop independently.
  • Delivery formats include in-person (daytime), online synchronously via Zoom (daytime and evening), and online asynchronously.
