Minimum Requirements

  • University degree (Master’s degree an asset)
  • Engaging and dynamic presenter
  • Senior level managerial or supervisory experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in your field
  • Industry designation(s) desired (eg: CPHR, PMP, CIM, C.Mgr etc.)

  • In your cover letter, clearly indicate which course(s) you are interested in teaching
  • Clearly indicate in your subject line that you are expressing an interest in teaching at PACE

Details & Fine Print

  • Instructional opportunities are for individual courses (36 contact hours) on a contract basis
  • Courses are delivered during the daytime with varied schedules on:
    • Monday-Friday from 9 am - 4 pm
    • Typically one full day a week for between 12-6 weeks (depending on course)
  • Rate of pay is determined by an existing pay scale, which considers educational level and experience
  • Some courses have pre-developed content while others will need to be developed independently by the instructor with consultation and support from PACE
    • Instructors retain intellectual property of any content independently developed
