Oyediran Oke is a data-driven analytics and process-improvement professional with over a decade of experience spanning government, manufacturing, academia, and corporate capability development. He combines deep technical expertise in data science and business intelligence with strong leadership in change management, operational excellence, and workforce development. He holds a Master’s degree in Data Science (University of East London, UK) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Predictive Analytics from the University of Winnipeg (PACE).

With a dedicated career in education, Ann Paula has had the privilege of facilitating learning for individuals across all stages of life—from early childhood through adult education. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to fostering curiosity, growth, and lifelong learning. Outside of her work, she is an avid reader and an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys staying active and exploring new experiences. She has a passion for travel and treasures the time she spends with her husband, their grown children, and their grandchildren.
