For the past 10 years, he has been in roles that developed and supported educational programming for TVE, the High School Apprenticeship Program (HSAP), and career development for students.

With over 27 years of teaching experience in Manitoba, Kelli Mandzuik has had the privilege of fostering a love for learning and supporting students from early years to high school. With a major in English and a minor in Physical Education, she has had the opportunity to teach a wide range of subjects—from Nursery to Grade 6 Physical Education to advanced English courses at the Grades 9-12 level. Throughout her career, Kelli has embraced the opportunity to connect with students beyond the classroom.
Erica Urías is a marketing and communications professional with a decade of experience in the industry. She has collaborated with clients across various sectors to develop impactful marketing strategies and campaigns, including the award-winning “Canada’s Heart is Calling” brand refresh for Travel Manitoba, recognized as a Bronze Effie Awards finalist. A graduate of the Public Relations, Marketing, and Strategic Communications program at PACE, Erica is passionate about culture, storytelling, and the meaningful connections that can be built through effective communication.
Marni-Jo is an experienced educator and dedicated private tutor based in Winnipeg. She began her career in education at the age of 20, working as an educational assistant in both Winnipeg and Toronto. Her passion for teaching and learning led her to pursue a Bachelor of Education Degree (Honours) from the University of Alberta, where she developed a solid foundation in pedagogy and educational theory. Throughout her extensive career, spanning over 30 years, Marni-Jo has worked in both mainstream and specialized classroom settings.
