Thank you for choosing to learn more about PACE diploma programs internship component. UWinnipeg PACE partners with local businesses to provide students with  meaningful, hands-on internships that provide a launch-pad into the workforce after their specialized diploma programs.  

Four-week internships round out full-time study for students who have excelled in our programs. Hosting an intern offers participating organizations a source of highly motivated and skilled individuals who work without remuneration in order to jump-start their career and shadow experienced practitioners. Internship is not a requirement for graduation. Students choose internship to bridge the gap between education and career search. Our internship candidates bring unique strengths and innovative skills; therefore, both entry-level and project-based work assignments are acceptable. 

We offer our part time Human Resource Diploma students the opportunity to participate in an experiential learning opportunity!

PACE is the first school in the province to offer part-time students this type of opportunity.
