Graduation Information 2025

Congratulations, Graduates.

Congratulations on completing your program! We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all PACE graduates on reaching this important milestone. Your hard work and dedication have brought you here, and we are proud to celebrate your success.

The University of Winnipeg Professional, Applied and Continuing Education convocation ceremony will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025 on campus.

This page has all the information you need to officially graduate from your program. More information on the ceremony will be posted as we get closer to the big day!

Guest Invitation Information for Convocation

There is no limit to the number of guests you can invite to convocation. Please note that PACE does not provide invitation letters for family members. The necessary invitation letter for visa applications must come from you, the inviter. For more details visit IRCC Webpage.

Visa officers require that the guests provide the purpose of their visit.
To assist your family members in demonstrating the purpose of their visit, you can provide the following documents:

  • Invitation Letter: Acknowledges your guests' purpose of visit and travel plans.
  • Your Immigration Documents: Includes your Study or Work Permit.
  • PACE Enrollment Letter
  • Graduation Information: A screenshot or link to the Graduation Information page on the PACE website (Graduation Information | UWinnipeg PACE (uwinnipegcourses.ca))
  • Your Contact Information: Includes your address in Canada and your Canadian phone number.

Please be aware that while the purpose of visit is important, visa officers place greater emphasis on the applicant’s employment and financial status in their home country or country of residence.
