Happy International Women's Day

Author

As we celebrate International Women's Day, we're shining the spotlight on Kim Loeb MA, Executive Director here at PACE.

Kim Loeb, Executive Director, UWinnipeg PACEKim has a passion for creating a culture of innovation and collaboration and leading the team in developing and delivering professional programs that change our students’ lives.

"Take this time to reflect on all of your amazing accomplishments," says Kim.

Kim started in the department as a program coordinator nearly 3 decades ago and soon took on a leadership role. Since then Kim has been at the forefront of strategic leadership, guiding PACE through various departmental structures and names (remember when we were called the Division of Continuing Education?), a global pandemic, and been an advocate for lifelong learning and developing and delivering industry-leading programs.

Kim is a talented leader whose impact is felt by both the students and the team of staff & instructors who have been lucky enough to work with Kim.

"Leading in crisis is not the same as leading in good times. I am very proud of our team and our students for what we have accomplished."

Thank you, Kim, for reminding us to be proud of all that we've accomplished!
