We asked Student Support Specialist, Kelly, to reflect on what the last year of working from home has been like. 

With our students transitioned to online classrooms on Monday, March 15, 2020, our staff team started working from home just a few days later.

Our Student Support Team provides one-on-one personal and academic support to students in all our programs. Like so many other things this year, most of their meetings take place on Zoom.
