Stress is an inevitable part of everyone's life. This seminar will help participants understand its causes and impact, and to be shown the secrets of how to make stress work for you as opposed to against you. Learn why some people seem to manage their lives with a minimum of negative stress. Learn preventative measures and self-relaxation techniques to help cope and reduce the fallout with stress. It is highly recommended that attendees bring a pillow and a blanket or sleeping bag for comfort while practicing the techniques of self-relaxation. Students will have the opportunity to develop a personal program to deal with their individual stressors.
