The complexity of digital communications requires strong project management skills.
In this seminar, attendees will learn to develop project requirements and scope to meet business goals and define measures of success. Attendees will be able to create a project brief that identifies the digital team roles, as well as budget, schedule, change initiatives, and deliverables.
