**Please note: Doors will be closed 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony (9:15 am & 2:15 pm); doors will be re-opened after the Invocation portion of the program.

The Duckworth Centre is able to accommodate many guests, and we encourage you to invite your family and friends to join you on this special occasion; RSVPs are not required and there is no admission fee. Guests with special needs (i.e. wheel chair accessibility) should identify themselves to ushers at the main entrance to Duckworth for them to be escorted to a reserved seating section.

Please note that the University does not provide wheelchairs.

Guests are asked to take their seats in the gymnasium no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. Late arrivals will be asked to wait until the graduation procession has ended before entering the gymnasium.

The ceremony is approximately one and a half hours in length.

Parking and Maps

Guests with limited mobility may be dropped-off at the entrance of Duckworth Centre on Spence Street; however, vehicles will need to park elsewhere for the duration of the ceremony. Traffic on Spence Street is strictly limited to vehicles dropping off guests with accessibility needs or limited mobility.
