Charmaine Jennings is a University of Winnipeg alumni, graduating with a degree in Rhetoric and Communications. Founder and CEO of Strategic Charm Boutique, Charmaine is a social media and marketing executive who helps entrepreneurs and small organizations share their brand story and connect with dream clients and customers online. She works hard to help clients find their voice and define their message so they can confidently and strategically communicate their passion for their industry, the work they do, and the value of their offers. Charmaine is also the founder of Hustle + Charm – a community of women in business in Winnipeg who come together for support in life and entrepreneurship. Before embarking on entrepreneurship, Charmaine spent 5 years working in event planning and communications roles in the college sector.
