Connie is a results-oriented project management and change management professional with over 20 years’ experience in helping organizations deliver transformational change. As a Senior Management Consultant, Connie collaborates with executives and senior leadership teams to define the company’s needs for enterprise-wide transformational projects that advance the company’s vision and business objectives. She has led the program management and change management effort on multiple large technology and transformational initiatives while focusing on building the change management competency at the executive and management level. Connie is a natural leader who is repeatedly requested in the industry for management and leadership of key strategic initiatives. What sets Connie apart is her ability to infuse the teams she leads with an infectious energy and passion that empowers them to think big, set stretch goals, and then pursue those goals with an intensity and focus making anything but success unthinkable. In line with her passion for building teams and mentoring people, Connie teaches Project Management for the University of Winnipeg. Through her instruction, Connie helps students connect the value of research and critical thinking to best practice approaches for project management on a national and international level. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Connie volunteers with PMI Manitoba, spending 6 years on the board of directors, including 2 years as the chapter president. Connie has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity helping to build houses both in Canada and in Guatemala. Connie’s work has provided her extensive exposure and experience in a variety of industries, on a broad collection of projects, working with a variety of project team members and senior stakeholders. Connie likes to share her knowledge and experience with her students so they can benefit from that experience while navigating their own career path.
