Iris He is a dynamic supply chain professional with over 15 years of experience in public sector, which includes Federal Agency, Provincial Government, University and Non-Profit Organization. She graduated from University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, double major in international business and supply chain management, later obtained her SCMP designation in 2010. 
She is currently working as a Procurement Manager at Western Canada Lottery Corporation, responsible for procurement planning, strategic sourcing, inventory management, vendor management, contract negotiation and management.
