Jennifer Montebruno is a human resources specialist at the University of Manitoba where she is currently supporting initiatives and projects to help Human Resources meet the University’s strategic goals in equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. She has built a career in organizational development with significant experience in facilitation, consulting and training, leadership development, and community engagement, with a track record for building and strengthening collaborative partnerships through an intersectional and inclusive approach. Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree and management certificate from the University of Winnipeg.
