Jessica is a graduate of the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work.  She is also certified by the University of Winnipeg as a Career and Employment Coach. Her passion is helping community members with identifying and understanding how their skills, interests, values, and strengths can lead to meaningful employment.  She coaches Manitobans on researching the labor market, strengthening their resume and cover letters, accessing the hidden labor market, establishing and maintaining professional relationships, and preparing for interviews.  Jess has experience working for non-profit organizations, child and adult education, and child and family services.
