Additionally, as the Vice President of the SynTEC Group, a management company specializing in organizational development and facilitating sustainable organizational change. She provides guidance and support to help organizations and employees create lasting transformations.

With a background in aviation, psychology, and project management, she brings a unique perspective to her work. She has dedicated over a decade to full-time training, coaching, and consulting, focusing on driving profitability, productivity, and performance improvement.
