Jayamaha

Joanne Jayamaha is an accomplished professional with diverse experience and expertise in various fields. She currently holds the Learning & Development Specialist position at Western Canada Lottery Cooperation, where she contributes her knowledge and insights to enhance talent management and foster a positive work culture. Additionally, as the Vice President of the SynTEC Group, a management company specializing in organizational development and facilitating sustainable organizational change. She provides guidance and support to help organizations and employees create lasting transformations.

Joanne's educational background and professional experience reflect her multidisciplinary approach. With a background in aviation, psychology, and project management, she brings a unique perspective to her work. She has dedicated over a decade to full-time training, coaching, and consulting, focusing on driving profitability, productivity, and performance improvement. As a mentor, Joanne has been involved in various management and communication programs, helping individuals develop their skills and reach their full potential. Her expertise has been sought after by multinational companies across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Gulf region, where she has conducted training sessions and shared her knowledge with professionals from diverse backgrounds.

“This is an online course that will be offered in a blended format. Blended courses combine live virtual lectures at a set time (see course dates) with independent study. Course content and Zoom links for all microcredential courses will be emailed to registered students ahead of the first class.

Students must register a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of the course to ensure access to the Zoom link and course materials before the course begins. Students who register with less than 48 hours prior to the start of the course may not receive access to the Zoom link and course materials in time and may miss the course.”
