Lora is a marketing and communications professional with over 35 years of experience working on the client side in large retail organizations for most of her career. In 2019, she stepped into the non-profit sector as a Marketing Director. A natural communicator and leader, Lora loves to foster collaboration and cultivate potential in others, which makes working with students at the University so meaningful.
She is a lifelong learner with a Professional Director Designation, a Not-for-Profit Governance Certificate, and a diploma in Creative Communications from RRC Polytech. She is now the Executive Director at the General Council of Winnipeg Community Centres and a small business owner.
