Man Doan has over 20 years of experience in Information and Communications Technology. He holds an MSc in Information Systems, a BSc in Computer Science, and certificates in business analysis, project management, organizational change management, and innovation/continuous improvement. Man is a hands-on man with a strong technical and business background and has held numerous senior IT management and leadership positions. He has been training students, corporate employees, end users, and IT professionals on business and technology topics for over 10 years. Man is a seasoned active member with Toastmasters International, a world leading organization in communication and leadership development. He has served in many leadership roles and received numerous awards for communication and leadership excellence, including the Division Director of the Year award (2015-2016) in District 64 Manitoba, NW Ontario and NW Minnesota (2000+ members). Man is a three-time speech contest winner at the division level and has placed among the top 6 finalists at the District 64 championship. He speaks on professional and personal development topics to help people explore their potential and achieve success. Man lives in Winnipeg and enjoys spending time with his family and friends on sports, social activities, road trips and culinary adventures. He was also a competitive swimmer and now loves to train for triathlons and run marathons. Man brings with him incredible energy and passion in everything he does.
