Patti Sheare is a Human Resources Professional with over 30 years of experience in both Operational Leadership and Human Resources Management across multiple Industries throughout Canada and the USA. She holds a Diploma in Human Resources and a Certificate in Management as well as the Canadian Professional Human Resources Designation (CPHR). Patti is the Honored recipient of the 2023/2024 Empowering Excellence Award of Instructor Excellence with the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Extended Education. Her journey as an instructor began in the fall of 2017, when she was given the opportunity to share her knowledge and passion in Human Resources Management with a class of very engaged students. From that day forward, she has never looked back and is very thankful for the gift of diversity and education that her students give her every time she enters a classroom. She never tires of hearing about their journeys and goals and dreams for the future. Her goals for the future are to continue being a lifelong learner, growing and developing her education as an instructor, while sharing her knowledge and experiences along the way.
