Prashant Tipnis, Lean Greenbelt Champion and Change Management Professional has over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate organizations and SMEs. Prashant’s experience includes Technical, Operations and General Management; Project Implementation and Management and other significant roles in India, Middle East Asia, East Africa, and Canada. With Master of Science as primary education, he is also a certified Lead Expert for Environmental Auditing and Environmental Impact Assessment for Kenya, East Africa. He has co-authored two books on importance of global mindset in management. Prashant is now utilizing his people-management skills; mentoring and leadership abilities; and vast multi-tasking cross cultural experience in consulting, coaching and training. He has been an Instructor at PACE since 2019.
