Sarah has over 18 years of experience providing management consulting services to client organizations in the private, not for profit and public sectors throughout Canada. Most recently, Sarah has worked with First Nation organizations in Manitoba and Northern Ontario. She has worked with organizations in the education, agri-business, biotechnology, engineering services/consulting, manufacturing, health, social services, economic development and energy business areas in identifying executives and business leaders as well as numerous professionals across organizational functions. A quick study, Sarah gets to issues quickly and is highly skilled at evaluating candidates as well as strategy and processes. As an author, Sarah has excellent written and organizational strengths. In addition to her extensive experience in the recruitment of executive level and leadership professionals, Sarah offers excellent experience and expertise in career coaching, human resource management, , the development of policies and procedures, salary reviews and ranges, job classifications, and organizational reviews. Sarah has assisted clients with improving their human resources practices and has helped many developing clients establish a ‘turnkey’ human resources management department to assist them with legal compliance as well as improvements to their productivity and profitability. Sarah has a gift for being able to connect and build relationships with both clients and candidates. As the editor of, ‘Career Transition Design’, 3rd Edition, Sarah was instrumental in bringing the three Editions starting in 2003 to fruition. Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Human Resources Diploma and a Certificate in Management from the University of Winnipeg. She is an active volunteer for Dasch Foundation and Special Olympics Manitoba.
