Jackie Desrochers, is a continuous learner and uses her knowledge and skills to motivate, mentor and coach others to develop their potential and to achieve their goals.   As a Senior Development Consultant with the Province of Manitoba, she provides guidance and coaching to subject matter experts and clients to help them develop as instructors, facilitators and presenters. She facilitates workshops in leadership, presentation skills, train the trainer, team building, performance management, time management and productivity. 
Jackie is an experienced Training and Development Consultant and has worked with a variety of subject matter experts to custom design a wide range of courses and workshops.  She has a certificate in adult education from St. Francis Xavier University and Human Resource Management Diploma from the University of Winnipeg.  has been working in the training and development field as an adult educator for over 25 years.
