Stephen is an instructor at the University of Winnipeg where he teaches students in the Professional, Applied, and Continuing Education program. He specializes in bridging national and organizational cultures and explores issues related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In addition to Cross Cultural Communication and Cultural Studies Stephen  teaches Organizational Behaviour, Ethics and Social Responsibility and Effective Oral Communication. 
Stephen holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies and a Career Development Practitioner's Certificate and has been teaching cross cultural communication in various settings since graduation.
