Shelley is senior leader in Organizational Development, Change Management, Adult Education, and Leadership Coaching. She is currently in the role of Director of Organizational Culture and Change at Western Canada Lottery where she is thriving!. Shelley has over 25 years of experience supporting clients from various industries throughout Canada and the United States in change management and employee learning and development. In the past five years she has focused her time and energy deepening her skills and knowledge in the disciplines of leadership development and organization development. A lifelong learner, Shelley is Prosci Certified, has achieved a Change Management Letter of Accomplishment from the University of Manitoba, an Adult Education Certificate from St. Francis Xavier University, is a Certified Leadership Coach, and has achieved a Master’s Certificate in Organization Development and Change through York University’s Schulich Business School. Shelley loves to share that she took her first extended education courses: Intro to Microcomputers and MS-DOS fundamentals in the 1990s at the University of Winnipeg!. A former professional immigration paralegal/consultant Shelley's first career was dedicated to helping clients obtain the credentials required to work and live in Canada. Now focused on adult and organizational development, she is grateful to have the change to engage with students who have chosen to come to Winnipeg to study in the PACE program. A strong advocate for the value of foreign workers in Canada, Shelley is excited to be support PACE students from around the world!
