Mia excels in leading diverse and multicultural teams toward achieving complex projects, such as system transformation using agile project management methodologies, new process development with a human-centred approach, and Public companies' corporate reporting and analysis. 
She leverages her international skills and extensive experience to impart to her students invaluable insights and best practices from around the world. Beyond academia, Mia is also an angel investor in women-led venture investing and a business mentor.
