In this course, participants will be introduced to various sentence structures, as well as some of the basic rules of grammar and punctuation. During the course, they will also work on grammar exercises and editing assignments.
Outcomes
On completion of this course, students will:
- Recognize various types of sentences;
- Construct and punctuate sentences correctly;
- Identify and correct common grammatical errors;
- Feel more confident about editing their own writing.
