DPS 59075 6 hours - Asynchronous (3 hours) and in-class components (3 hours)

This seminar provides students with the opportunity to explore practical applications of Generative AI (GenAI) guided by an industry expert. Tailored to the specific focus your program, the seminar will demonstrate how GenAI can drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and streamline professional processes.

Students will engage in an independent learning module, followed by a live session with an industry professional who will share real-world insights and applications of AI in the workplace. By the end of the seminar, participants will have a deeper understanding of how GenAI is transforming modern industries and learn how to utilize it effectively and ethically in their own careers.

Outcomes

  • Explain the foundational concepts, capabilities, limitations, and applications of GenAI
