Her proactive approach and dedication to her studies have clearly paid off, leading to a successful career in the finance sector.

With over a decade of experience in finance operations from Philippines, Zuleika brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She has led global projects and has been recognized by both the CFA Institute and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Her commitment to excellence and continuous learning is evident in her achievements and her role at the Department of Finance, Province of Manitoba.
