Brigitta Boye

Make the most out of your time," advises Brigitta Boye, a vibrant PACE alumna who recently graduated from the Advance Business Management program at PACE. Originally from Ghana, Brigitta is now making a significant impact as a Public Engagement Officer for the City of Winnipeg.

Brigitta's time at PACE was life-changing, filled with experiences and teachings that were both "amazing and awesome." She emphasizes the supportive nature of the faculty at PACE, noting, "We had friendly lecturers interested in your growth and your professional journey." Therefore, they make time out to help you with that." This personalized attention and genuine interest in students’ success marked a pivotal phase in Brigitta’s educational journey, providing her with the tools needed to excel in her career.

In her current role, Brigitta is driven by a profound commitment to public engagement and corporate communications. She is motivated by the joy of witnessing others succeed and thrives on inspiring and growing innovative ideas and purposeful solutions. "I am deeply passionate about nurturing a thriving workplace culture and ensuring that every member of the team feels heard, valued, and connected," she shares.
