Microcredentials: Earn a digital badge upon completion of short, targeted training (typically under 20 hours).

Professional Microcredentials: Complete any 3 courses within a category (e.g. Leadership or Communication) to earn a professional microcredential and badge.

Professional Certificates: Longer programs (80–120 hours) offering in-depth training. A certificate of completion is issued by The University of Winnipeg PACE.
Q. Do I need to be admitted to the University of Winnipeg?
No you do not, our corporate training programs:
- Requires no formal university admission
- We are open to all professionals/organizations
- Can be taken individually or as part of a larger learning path
