Emerging Technologies and Change Management explores how new technologies transform industries and change management practices. The course equips students with the skills to lead technology-driven change initiatives, emphasizing ethical considerations and best practices. The seminar will focus on emerging technology(s), highlighting technology’s potential to drive innovation and efficiency, improve decision-making, and streamline processes. Students will gain a practical understanding of how emerging technologies reshape change management and how to apply them effectively and ethically in change initiatives.

This is an online course that will have no live class times and will be completed through independent study with assignment due dates. The Nexus course site will open 5 days prior to the first class day. The course outline will only be posted to Nexus. This course will have a condensed format and a mixture of full and part time students.
