How to Apply
To begin the admission process please start your application. You may return to your application at any time to add documents, however, once submitted you are unable to change your application. Please note a non-refundable application fee is due at the time you submit your application.
You will need to provide scanned or digital copies of the following documents to submit your application for review:
- All post-secondary transcripts (original(s) must be submitted at a later date for verification)*
- Proof of Graduation (original(s) must be submitted at a later date for verification)*
- Proof of English Language proficiency (if applicable)
- Proof of citizenship (if applicable)
- Copy of passport picture page (if applicable)
- Resume
Your application is not considered complete until documents have been submitted and your non-refundable application fee has been paid.
Due to high application volume, we process international applications on a selective basis. We prioritize based on the academic quality of applicants and on the diversity of the international student body.
We also prioritize applicants that include all documents required to make an admission decision.
The non-refundable application fee is as follows:
- $150 CAD for international students
- $50 CAD for Canadian student
Visit our live online application portal to view program currently accepting applications. If you do not see a program listed, we are not accepting applications. Note you must create a user account to view programs accepting application from Fall 2023 and onward.
*Accepted students must present the original transcripts and proof of graduation from foreign universities and present an official/certified English translation of any transcripts and degrees/diplomas in languages other than English on the first day of their program. The University may hold these transcripts for up to 30 days.
Failure to provide original transcripts and proof of graduation may result in a hold on your account and removal from the program.

YES, you can register for courses online. - I am a Canadian living abroad.
YES, you may use the online registration system, but you must use a Canadian mailing address, or contact the PACE Registration Office prior to using online registration functions. - I want to take courses and have my company invoiced.
NO, you need to complete and submit a Authorization to Invoice form. - I am currently enrolled in a full time program at PACE.
NO, you need to contact your program manager to register. - I am an international student.
NO, you must be accepted into one of our 11 full time programs or 4 part time programs open to international students. Once you are accepted you need to contact the PACE Registration Office prior to using online registration functions.
