The Foundations of IT Project Management Microcredential is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their project management expertise in today's technology-driven workplace. Through three focused courses, you'll develop practical skills in project management, IT project delivery, organizational change, and information security—preparing you to successfully lead technology initiatives across a variety of industries.

Earn your microcredential by completing the following courses:

1 – Project Management Fundamentals
Develop the core skills and frameworks needed to plan, organize, and execute projects successfully.

2 – Managing Projects in an IT Environment
Learn to lead complex IT initiatives using agile and hybrid methods while applying change management strategies and aligning technology with business goals.

3 – Information Security for Project Managers
Gain the knowledge to manage information security risks, support compliance with global standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST), and integrate data protection strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Duration

This microcredential consists of three 36-hour courses (108 instructional hours).

Already completed Project Management Fundamentals? Your credit transfers directly into the microcredential, so you only need to complete the remaining two courses to earn your credential.
