Shawna Fagundes is a Strategic Communications Consultant with over 18 years of experience in Communications & Marketing. For more than a decade, she has helped corporate senior leaders articulate vision, create connections and deliver messages on a variety of stages to align, engage and inspire action. Shawna enjoys the challenge of turning complex, corporate strategies into simple, relatable messages and helping leaders feel comfortable delivering them. She has worked with C-suite leaders on presentations, video scripting, thought leadership, social media, and various internal and external communications. She has supported major transitions, large-scale strategies and employee events, and high-visibility communications that influenced thousands. She is trusted by colleagues and teams of all levels for her ability to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions and offer grounded, strategic counsel. As a workshop instructor and facilitator, Shawna has co-developed and delivered writing workshops, plain language training, and communication sessions that help leaders and teams communicate with greater clarity and confidence. Her collaborative and coaching leadership style blends strategic insight with genuine warmth and empathy. She ensures every session is designed to be purposeful, engaging and lightened with humour.
