Social media allows for interactions with employees, customers and target audiences in ways not possible before. Attendees will come to understand the risks, rewards, opportunities and threats associated with social media. Attendees will examine consumer trust and perspectives, legal and privacy concerns and various governance models.
Objectives
Upon completion of this seminar, participants should be able to:
- Create a corporate social media policy
- Maintain a strong online reputation
- Prevent and navigate a social media crisis with the help of a solid plan
- Respond to online complaints effectively
- Manage the brand and voice of an organization through multiple online channels
