Organizations regularly deal with social media crises, however without sufficient preparations; brands can often damage their valuable brand equity. Attendees will learn to understand strategic frameworks and best practices to plan, prepare and manage social media crisis effectively and help protect brand reputation online.

This is an online seminar that will be offered in a blended format. Blended seminars combine live virtual lectures at a set class time with independent study. The Nexus course site for this seminar will open 5 days prior to the first day of class. The course outline and any Zoom links will only be posted to Nexus.
Students must register a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of the seminar to ensure access to the Nexus course site before the seminar begins.
