Judy is an experienced Consultant and Executive Coach, CEO, Board Director, public speaker and Instructor. In 25 plus years, she has successfully led and supported numerous organizations in advancing their goals and maximizing the potential of leaders and their teams. Judy is the President of her own coaching and consulting practice - Murphy’s Executive Leadership. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams gain clarity so they can maximize both their impact and the results of their organizations. 
Besides teaching for PACE, Judy is an instructor for the Certified Management Consultants of Canada and has taught at Asper Executive Education. Previously, Judy was Practice Leader for Strategy and Governance for MNP. She has also served in executive positions successfully facilitating and advancing the visions of these organizations. In 2020, Judy received the Visionary Award from CPHR Manitoba.

Community

She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and the International Coach Federation. She has taken on leadership roles in a number of boards as Chair of both the Winnipeg and Manitoba Chambers of Commerce and as the Chair of the Governance Committee at the Manitoba Cardiac Institute (Reh-Fit Centre). She also currently serves as an external member and committee advisor for the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee of Doctors Manitoba and a member of the Quality and Vigilance Committee for St. Boniface Hospital. She has also served as Vice-Chair of the Crown Corporations Council and Chair of Finance and Audit at the Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation.
