Medina Puskar, MSW, CDP, is a Project Coordinator for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Manitoba Start with over 14 years of experience in the settlement sector, supporting newcomers in career development and employment integration while also serving as a sessional instructor at The University of Winnipeg and the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Manitoba. Drawing on both her professional background and lived experience, she is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces, advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and helping newcomers achieve meaningful employment. She is motivated by data-driven decision-making and continually seeks innovative approaches to support Manitoba's diverse communities. She holds a Master of Social Work degree, a Certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and a Career Development Practitioner certification.
